Welcome to Week 2!
I hope you all had a lovely and enjoyable break. As per Term 2, students will be participating in quality learning and engaging, fun and focused classrooms. This term promises to be busy and exciting.
- Already students have been participating in extra community activities. Last Friday, students in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 went to Whitsunday Voices. Thank you to Miss O'Mara and Mrs Reck for organising the excursion.

Parents will be notified via text about which year level will be accessing the stall on these days. The stationery is all free and it is a great time for parents to go shopping early for 2026. Please bring a shopping bag and choose from the selection of stationery. The first year level will be prep.

Instrumental Camp 2025
Congratulations to Cameron Ottone and Leo Van Stralen who attended the annual year 6 instrumental camp. Held at Seaforth each year, the camp is four days of intensive music playing and lots of fun. New friendships are formed and lots of new musical skills are learnt and practised over the week. The camp concluded with a fantastic concert showcasing five new pieces that the students worked very hard on to get to a performing standard.
Special thanks to Ms Menzies for her hard work and well done to both boys who represented Slade Point so well.
